5.20 Special Arrangement

Please read the following details carefully before placing an order.

To ensure the orders for 5.20 to be delivered smoothly and efficiently, we will be working with GOGOX (previously as GoGoVan) on the logistics for the period of May 20.

Delivery Details

To allow the deliveries to be seamless, please provide us the delivery information and instructions as detailed as possible. Kindly see below information required for different places:


1. Office Address

If the recipient’s address is an office address, please provide us an address that includes the name of the company, the room number and the floor number. If we are to deliver to a firm that is with larger scale, please provide us the department name as well. In case we cannot deliver to the recipient, please leave an alternative recipient on the remark, e.g. ‘Please deliver to the reception/ Peter Chan (colleague preferred) if the recipient is not present.’


2. Residential Address

If the recipient’s address is a residential address, please provide us an address that includes the flat number, the floor number, the block number and the name of the housing estate/ building. In case we cannot deliver to the recipient, please leave an alternative recipient on the remark, e.g. ‘Please leave it at the door / deliver to the reception if the recipient is not present.’


3. Hotel

If the recipient has an address of a hotel, please inform us if it’s situation (a) or situation (b) and prepare the respective information.

(a) Package to be collected by the lobby or concierge of the hotel on behalf – Except the name and phone number of the recipient, please provide us the booking number, the name and phone number of the person who booked the hotel room as well.

Sample note on remark: ‘Leave the package at the reception for room number ABC123, room booked under Peter Chan, phone number: 8866 8866.’

(b) Package to be collected by the recipient personally - Except the name and phone number of the recipient, please provide us the booking number, the name and phone number of the person who booked the hotel room as well.

Sample note on remark: ‘ Inform the recipient for the collection, if you can’t reach the recipient, leave the package at the reception, room number ABC123, room booked under Peter Chan, phone number: 8866 8866.’


4. Restaurant

If the recipient has an address of a restaurant, please inform us if it’s situation (a) or situation (b) and prepare the respective information.

(a) Package to be collected by the customer of a restaurant - please provide us the name and phone number of the person that made the reservation.

Sample note on remark: ‘Name of the recipient: Mary Ho, reservation made under Peter Chan, phone number: 99118822.’

(b) Package to be collected by an employee of a restaurant - please provide us the name and phone number of that particular employee.

Sample note on remark: ‘Package to be collected by an employee of a restaurant.’


5. Hospital

If the recipient has an address of a hospital, please inform us if it’s situation (a) or situation (b) and prepare the respective information.

(a) Package to be collected by a patient in a hospital - please provide us the bed number of the patient. 

Sample note on remark: ‘Name of the hospital patient/recipient: Peter Chan, bed number: 1234.’ 

(b) Package to be collected by a paramedic in a hospital - please provide us the role and the department the paramedic works in. 

Sample note on remark: ‘Name of the recipient: Dr. Mary Ho, the gynaecologist.’


If you are buying from us and having our floral products delivered as gift, please provide us the name and the phone number of the recipient and yourself to ensure seamless delivery. We will ensure the information will not be disclosed to the recipient. 

Order Modification

To facilitate all the orders and have them delivered on May 20, we will organize all the orders and prepare the delivery routes earlier. Please finalize all the delivery details before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery. Any order modification made on or after placing an order will not be accepted.

Special order

From May 19 to 20, Léselle will not take any custom orders, urgent orders and engraving orders.

Delivery Timeslots and Delivery Fee

For the orders to be delivered on May 20, the delivery timeslots will be from 9am to 1pm, from 1pm to 6pm and from 6pm to 10pm.
