We are pleased to offer you Léselle Care in order to guarantee the quality of the product and the original purchase intention. Léselle Care consists of three guarantees, namely "Complimentary Exchange", "Satisfaction Guarantee" and "One Year Guarantee".

Complimentary Exchange

We want your product to be perfect. If you discover defects or damages within 7 days upon purchasing from us, please contact us and we will offer you a complimentary exchange.


From the delivery date, you can exchange goods at the store within 7 days during business hours. The products or styles that can be replaced are not limited to the original products or styles. If the amount of the exchanged product is higher than that of the original purchased product, the difference needs to be paid back. If the amount of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchase price, the difference will not be refunded.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If your gift recipient is not completely satisfied with the product, we are happy to provide him/ her an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the product is in original condition and the packaging is intact.


From the date of delivery, you can exchange goods at the store within 14 days during business hours, and the products or styles that can be replaced can include the original products or styles. If the amount of the exchanged product is higher than that of the original purchased product, the difference needs to be paid back. If the amount of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchase price, the difference will not be refunded.

One Year Guarantee

Léselle provides a one-year warranty on products, including fading flowers, damaged or aged product components or accessories, and accidental damage.

Terms & Conditions

i) Léselle Care are not applicable to fresh floral arrangements or personalised floral products.

ii) Léselle Care does not cover human-caused damage.

iii) It must be exchanged or repaired at the store during business hours.

iv) Customers can entrust others to exchange goods or carry out maintenance and repairs.
