Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00. Pick-up date and time can be selected when placing the order.

Local Delivery

・Standard delivery

Standard delivery service of delivery time from Mon to Sun 09:00 - 22:00. Three options for delivery time slot.

・Delivery at specific time

Arrange delivery at a specific time or within a time slot less than 60 minutes. Additional fee will be charged. Please specify the delivery time during checkout.

・Urgent delivery

Special delivery service for urgent orders. Please contact customer service first to ensure the product(s) you need are in stock. Additional fee will be charged.

International Shipping

Shipping to locations outside Hong Kong are temporarily unavailable.

Order Processing Details

Order Processing Time

After receiving the order, we will deliver the goods on time according to the order information.

Under normal circumstances, if the product is not in stock, you will not be able to select the delivery (or store pickup) within two to three days during the checkout process. The system will give you the earliest delivery (or pickup) date and time that you can choose according to the production time of different products.

If the inventory is not updated in time, or there is any failure that prevents us from delivering the products on time according to the order requirements, we will notify the customer of the situation as soon as possible after receiving the order, and then make another arrangement. If necessary, we will refund the payment. Please refer to the "Return Policy" for details.

Delivery Time

・Hong Kong

We provide "Standard Delivery" and "Delivery at Specific Time". The delivery time will depend on the delivery method specified. You can also pick up in person at our store. Please refer to "Delivery" for more details about delivery time.


Overseas shipping is temporarily unavailable.


We will try our best to ensure that the products provided are similar to the product pictures, but because the flowers are natural products, the shape of each flower will be different. Our florists will make corresponding designs according to the shape of the flower material and try to restore the effect on the product picture.

Because the output of some flowers is unstable, sometimes it will lead to a shortage of matching flowers. We will find replacements of similar flowers to try to ensure that their matching does not affect the overall effect.

Gift Wrapping & Greeting Card

Gift wrapping

In addition to creating surprises for the recipient, a gift box also provides appropriate collision protection for floral gifts, so each Léselle's product comes with a beautiful gift box or bouquet tote.

However, if your purchase is for your own use or for any other reasons so that you do not require a gift box or bouquet tote we provide, to avoid unnecessary waste, please inform us when placing the order, we will use other packaging that can also provide protection for flower gifts instead.

Greeting Card

Each of our products comes with a beautiful greeting card. If necessary, you can write down the greeting card message when placing the order. We will write it for you.

The limit on the number of words in each greeting card: 50 Chinese characters or 120 English letters.

Custom Order

We provide laser engraving service, and can also design your eternal floral gift according to your personal preferences. Custom orders generally take more time to proceed, and the price will also be adjusted according to the cost of materials such as different flowers or containers. Change / Cancel Order

Change the Delivery Information or Content of Greeting Card

You must contact us to complete the change procedure two business days before the designated delivery time.

Change / Adjust Ordered Product(s)

Please contact us to discuss first, if changes can be made, fees will be charged depending on the replacement of flowers.

Cancel Order

In order to allow customers to receive the order in the shortest time, we generally process the order (including material ordering, producing, packaging and shipping) immediately after payment is made, so the customer cannot cancel the order after payment. Please refer to Léselle's Return Policy for details.

Product Care

Preserved flowers need extra care. If not maintained properly, they are prone to moisture and mildew. Also, the petals will easily fade and the life span is shortened.

Precautions for basic maintenance of preserved flowers:

・Avoid touching the flowers

・Avoid direct sunlight

・Avoid direct cold wind

・Blow dust off with a breeze

・Proper storage conditions: 40% to 65% humidity and 8°C to 28°C temperatures

Complaints about Goods and Services

If the quality of the goods or services is defective, please contact us within 24 hours after the goods are delivered and keep the goods as they are. We will understand as soon as possible and provide you with satisfactory remedies.
