Log in to Léselle by selecting ACCOUNT located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘View Addresses’. Click on Edit from the menu. You can change your name, address or phone number, etc.

ADD/EDIT/REMOVE ADDRESS

Log in to Léselle by selecting ACCOUNT located in the upper right hand corner. Please select ‘View Addresses’. Click on Add a New Address / Edit / Delete.

You can definitely place an order on our website without an account.

ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER 

We always prepare your order in the fastest way possible. So it is usually not possible to add any items to your order. But you can still email us at hello@leselle-florist.com to see if we have prepared your order yet. If your order is not yet prepared, we are more than happy to add items to your existing order. Otherwise, you would have to place another order.


Be sure to include your order number & the items you want to add in the email.

CANCEL / CHANGE MY ORDER

It is usually not possible to cancel or modify your order because we prepare your order once you confirm it on the website. But you can still email us at hello@leselle-florist.com to see if we have prepared your order. If your order is not yet prepared, you can simply cancel or change your order. Otherwise, you will not be able to cancel or make any change to your order.


Be sure to include your order number in the email.

CUSTOM ORDER

Yes. We provide custom order with different types of customization including size, color and the quantity of flowers. Please go to PRODUCT on this page for details.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Léselle, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

APPLYING ONLINE DISCOUNT IN RETAIL PURCHASE

I am afraid that our online and retail discounts are separate. Therefore you may not be able to apply the online discount in the retail purchase.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT

Click on Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal upon express checkout. Or Click on Credit card, PayPal, Bank deposit or PayMe/FPS upon payment section.

PAYMENT OPTION

We accept credit cards (AE, MasterCard & VISA), Shopify Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, AliPay & WeChat Pay. For customers in Hong Kong, we also accept bank deposit via PayMe, FPS or ATM.

JCB CREDIT CARD

JCB credit card can be used via PayPal. Please choose PayPal as the checkout method and fill in the payment details. If the checkout page of PayPal is in English, you may change the language to Japanese as shown in here or by the following steps:

1. Click “Create an Account” at the PayPal checkout page

2. Scroll the country’s drop-down menu to choose “Japan”

3. Scroll down the page and choose the language as “日本語”

PAYMENT FAILED

Please kindly make sure all information entered is 100% correct and there is no spelling mistake. Please also avoid short forms of City, and do not include the State information within the City input box. If the details are right but still the payment cannot be made, please contact us and we will get back to you shortly.

CONFIRMATION FROM PAYPAL

For orders above $100USD, we offer free shipping. For orders below $100USD, please refer to Shipping & Payment for details.

PROCESSING TIME

If we receive your order during our business hours, we will do the packaging and shipment immediately to make sure you receive our products ASAP, while the exact time for the arrival of the parcel still depends on your location.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Deliveries to countries outside Hong Kong might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATION

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7 PM US CT (US Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Léselle will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Léselle complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our vendors. Items made of exotic skins and furs cannot be shipped outside of the United States, and jewelry items are restricted from shipping to certain countries.In addition to being restricted from shipping to non-USA addresses, items made of python cannot be shipped to California. Select brands have vendor-imposed regulations, restricting them from shipping outside the USA. If you add one of these items to your cart and your shipping destination is one of the restricted countries, you will be prompted to remove it before proceeding. If you wish to continue with the purchase, you will need to change the destination address.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Léselle, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Léselle. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us, and we care about how your order information is used and shared. We would like customers who are sending or receiving products via international shipping to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection, and may be opened by customs authorities. We provide certain order, shipment, and product information (such as description) to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

GIFTS

If the order is a gift, the package will be marked "Gift," but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Léselle got every product an exquisite packing. You may go to any of our product pages and click on the last product photo to have a look at its style.
GREETING CARD

We provide greeting card for very product for free. If you don't need a greeting card, please tell us when you are placing an order.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

If you like one of our products but want it to be a bit different from its recommended design, we are more than happy to do this for you.

The color and the size of the product, or even the quantity of the flowers, can be customized. Generally, the customization of the color of a product needs no extra fee. But a change of its size or an increase of the quantity of flowers would cost extra fee. You may refer to Custom Order for details.

RETURN

RETURN / EXCHANGE

We are pleased to offer return & exchange service on ONLY damaged or wrong products within five (5) days after you receiving the order. Please refer to Return Policy for details.

REFUND

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
